Job Title: Showroom and Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Showroom and Account Executive to join our team at Sanderson Design Group plc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new launches and collections.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with our sales team to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of showroom events, product launches, and other sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Stay organized and manage multiple priorities, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in a luxury interior or related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of the luxury interior market.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other sales-related software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
