Job Title: Showroom and Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Showroom and Account Executive to join our team at Sanderson Design Group plc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new collections and launches.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our products.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and marketing activities.
  • Participate in showroom events and trade shows to promote our products and build relationships with customers and industry partners.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in a similar industry, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of the luxury interior design market.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills.
