Job Title: Showroom and Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Showroom and Account Executive to join our team at Sanderson Design Group plc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new launches and trends.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of showroom events and promotions.
  • Contribute to the development of sales reports and analysis to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in a similar industry, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of the luxury interior market.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
