Job Title: Residential Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Care Assistant to join our team at Woodhill House Residential Care Home in Morecambe.

About the Role

This is a permanent, part-time position working 17.5 hours per week. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and medication management
  • Support residents with their daily routines, including mobility and transfers
  • Engage with residents in activities and hobbies, promoting social interaction and stimulation
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality care and support
