**Job Summary**
Pinewood Residential Home is seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our team. As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and personal care.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct regular assessments to identify residents' needs and preferences.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
**Requirements**
- Relevant qualifications, such as RQF Level 3, or willingness to work towards this.
- Experience working with elderly people, with a focus on patience, kindness, and teamwork.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in keyboard use.
