Care Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Care Supervisor to join our team at Specialist Care Team. As a Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing direct support to service users, ensuring their daily needs are met, and their well-being is prioritized.
Key Responsibilities- Hands-on care: Provide direct support to service users, ensuring their daily needs are met, and their well-being is prioritized.
- Leadership: Assist in training new support workers and act as a mentor to provide ongoing guidance and support to the care team.
- Quality assurance: Monitor and review care plans, ensuring they reflect the needs of the clients. Report any changes or issues to ensure that the service continues to provide the highest level of care.
- Care planning and support: Create and maintain individual care plans for some service users, working alongside staff and service users to ensure the plans are up to date and relevant.
- On-call responsibilities: Participate in a shared on-call rota, providing support to staff and helping manage any unplanned absences.
- Promote and protect the welfare of the individuals you support.
