Care Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Supervisor to join our team at Specialist Care Team. As a Care Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our service users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example, providing direct support to service users and ensuring their daily needs are met.
  • Assist in training new support workers and provide ongoing mentorship to help them grow and develop in their roles.
  • Monitor and review care plans, ensuring they reflect the needs of our clients and report any changes or issues to ensure the service continues to provide the highest level of care.
  • Create and maintain individual care plans for some service users, working alongside staff and service users to ensure the plans are up to date and relevant.
  • Participate in a shared on-call rota, providing support to staff and helping manage any unplanned absences.
Requirements:
  • A passion for care and excellent communication skills.
  • Leadership qualities and a desire to grow and develop into a management role.
  • Willingness to work towards a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care.
