Care Team Supervisor

As a Care Team Supervisor with Specialist Care Team, you will play a vital role in delivering home care services in the community. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of service users, ensuring their needs are met to the highest standard.
- Plan and implement care plans, working closely with clients and their teams.
- Establish strong relationships with clients, promoting their wellbeing and safeguarding their rights.
- Lead and develop front-line care staff, providing supervision and appraisals to ensure high-quality care.
- Contribute to the company’s on-call structure for out-of-hours support.
Requirements:
- Customer-focused with a commitment to quality care and business objectives.
- Strong planning, implementation, and assessment skills to improve service users’ lives.
- Valid driving license and access to a car.
- Previous experience in the care sector, preferably in a leadership role.
