Bare Hall Quality Carers provides a person-centred service to clients in their own homes. We enable clients to live independently as possible. The role of a Care Coordinator manages the care staff an ensures the day to day running of the service. The role will involve carrying out, spot checks, supervisions, completing care plans, risk assessments and supporting the office team with completing the rotas. Meeting new clients and supporting in the business growth is also a large part of this role. We are only looking for drivers for the role.

Hours between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday plus Saturday and Sunday every other week. (Days off given during the week to compensate for this). Average of 5 on calls every 4 weeks where you must be available for emergency phone calls and the possibility of covering visits from 5pm until 9am the following morning. Must be able to complete outstanding visits if they can not be covered. Domiciliary care visits run until 10pm and start again at 7am.

Any visits completed outside of office hours will be compensated with an additional hourly rate plus petrol allowance on top of the on call fixed payment and salary.

The Registered Manager or Operations Director will always be available at any time to offer support and guidance within this role; even out of hours.

**Salary**: £23,533.00-£26,600.00 per year
