Job Title: Residential Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Care Assistant to join our team at Woodhill House Residential Care Home in Morecambe. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to live their lives to the fullest.

About the Role

This is a permanent, part-time position, working 17.5 hours per week. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends. We offer a competitive salary of £23,152 per annum pro rata, as well as a range of benefits and opportunities for career progression.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care and support to residents, promoting their independence and dignity
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Support residents with their physical and emotional needs, including providing emotional support and companionship
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the care team to ensure high-quality care and support
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
