Job Title: Residential Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Care Assistant to join our team at Woodhill House Residential Care Home in Morecambe. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to live their lives to the fullest.

About the Role

This is a permanent, part-time position, working 21 hours per week. You will be required to work a varied shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays. As a Residential Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our residents, including assisting with daily living tasks, promoting independence, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.
