Job Title: Children's Family Support Specialist

Care First Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Children's Family Support Specialist. This role requires the ability to observe and record contact meetings between children and their parent/guardian.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and record contact sessions.
  • Provide support to children and young people to manage expectations of contact.
  • Write comprehensive reports on each contact.

The ideal candidate will have some practical experience working with children, young people, and families. A qualification within the social sector is preferred. The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately £28,000, and the additional benefits include additional paid time for report writing, car mileage paid through expense claims, and flexible working hours.
