About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Family Activities Coordinator to join our team at DeedMob B.V. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about supporting children with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions and their families.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and possess a high level of emotional intelligence. As a Family Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading activities, providing support, and creating a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a team player who is committed to making a difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead activities and provide support to children and families
  • Create a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants
  • Work collaboratively with the Specialist Carers and Nurses to ensure the best possible outcomes for children
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with families and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g. social work, psychology)
  • Experience working with children and families in a similar capacity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and think critically
