Child Welfare and Family Services Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our Connected Carers Team. In this role, you will work closely with families, community services, and other stakeholders to provide high-quality support to children in connected care arrangements.
Main Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough assessments of children's needs, using expertise to identify areas for improvement and develop effective support plans.
- Implement tailored support plans that prioritize the safety, development, and well-being of children, working in collaboration with families and other professionals.
- Ensure the effective safeguarding of children in kinship and connected care arrangements, identifying potential risks and taking proactive steps to mitigate them.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to families, community services, and multidisciplinary teams, helping them navigate complex issues related to connected care.
£30,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
