Nurse Practitioner in Paediatric Palliative Care

As a Nurse Practitioner in Paediatric Palliative Care, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to children who are seriously unwell. This will include assessing their physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualised care plans, and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals.
You will work closely with families, carers and other members of the healthcare team to ensure that each child receives the best possible care. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives and services that improve the lives of children and their families.
This is a demanding yet highly rewarding role that requires a high level of skill, expertise and compassion. If you are passionate about providing exceptional care to children and their families, we would love to hear from you.
The salary for this role is £42,329-£49,976 per annum, plus a joining bonus detailed in the job description.
