About the Position:
As a Children's Hospice Nurse, you'll play a vital role in delivering compassionate care to seriously ill children and their families. You'll work closely with our client's multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless care delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Providing expert care and support to patients and their loved ones
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Contributing to the development of a supportive team environment
Requirements:
• Current NMC registration
• Experience working in pediatric palliative care or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
