About Us

Noah's Ark Children's Hospice is a leading organisation in paediatric palliative care, providing high-quality services to families in North and Central London, as well as Herts Valley.

We are committed to improving the lives of seriously unwell children and their families, and we are seeking an experienced nurse to join our team as a Clinical Services Manager.

This role offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, and comes with a range of benefits, including a pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.

The successful candidate will have excellent clinical and leadership skills, with experience in paediatric palliative care and change management. They will be based in our stunning new building in a North London nature reserve.

The Clinical Services Team provides holistic care support to babies, children, and young people with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions and their families. The post holder will play a crucial role in the development of the service, leading the operational delivery of family-centred care and ensuring the highest possible standards of care.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for making a positive difference to the charity and its beneficiaries, and will be able to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve our goals.
