We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse to join our team in a leading children's hospice in North London.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality palliative care to patients and their families in accordance with NHS standards.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- RGN or RMN qualification with at least 1 year of experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible work approach as part of a dynamic team.
- $41,360 per annum salary based on experience.
