As a Senior Children’s Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct line management support, delivering high-quality patient care, and ensuring compassion and advocacy for children and their families. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each child. Your ability to build strong relationships with families and other healthcare professionals will be crucial in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support Band 5 Nurses and Band 3 + 4 Specialist Carers as part of your line management duties
- Deliver care in various settings, including the hospice, children’s homes, or community settings
- Plan and review care with families to ensure safety and advocacy
- Administer medications as prescribed and provide compassionate care to patients

Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position is up to £49,976, with a joining bonus of £5,000 over three years and a comprehensive benefits package. Our competitive salary reflects the importance we place on attracting and retaining top nursing talent.
