Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Care Supervisor to join our team at Caremark UK Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in implementing quality control systems and supporting our Care Assistants in delivering exceptional care services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and Manage Team Members: You will be responsible for leading a team of Care Assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure they deliver high-quality care services.
  • On-Call Support: Be available to respond to emergencies outside of regular working hours, ensuring continuity of care services.
  • Liaison with Care Management: Maintain close communication with the Care Manager and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of care services.
  • Client Liaison: Act as a point of contact between our customers and office staff, addressing their concerns and queries.
  • Care Quality Control: Oversee and monitor the quality of care services delivered by our teams, ensuring adherence to our standards.
