Domiciliary Care Support Manager

The role of the Field Care Supervisor is to deliver exceptional care support services in the community.
Working closely with Care Coordinators, you will plan and implement effective care worker rotas that cater to individual needs and skills.
You will conduct regular reviews of services, including risk assessments and multi-disciplinary reviews of service users' needs.
As a Field Care Supervisor, you will also provide on-site supervision and guidance to ensure high-quality care practices.
This role requires spending most of your working time in the community, but some office-based administrative work will be involved.
