Domiciliary Care Coordinator

About the Role
Mayfair Homecare is seeking an experienced professional to coordinate the delivery of a safe and well-planned domiciliary care service in Finchley central.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating staff rotas using a computer-based roster system, ensuring that all visits are covered.
They will proactively liaise with external agencies such as hospitals, GPs, social services, and service users' family members and advocates.
The ideal candidate will have a background in administration, knowledge of care and support, and excellent IT skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
