We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Cover Supervisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic educational setting, working with experienced educators and developing your skills and knowledge in classroom management and student support.
About the Role- This is a full-time position, with a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- You will work alongside experienced educators, developing your skills and knowledge in classroom management and student support.

- Lead classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring a supportive and productive learning environment for students.
- Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents, contributing to a collaborative school community.
- Apply your subject knowledge and expertise to support student learning and engagement across various subjects and age groups.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in any field.
- Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or related role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students and colleagues effectively.
