Job Overview
JEM Childcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to support nurseries in the North London area. This field-based role involves assisting nursery managers with their daily tasks and covering absences. The successful candidate will work 5 days a week, 40 hours, with a salary of £45k plus great benefits.

About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting nursery managers in the North London area. You will need to have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years/Childcare and at least 3 years' experience working in a Day Nursery. Additionally, you should have a genuine passion for working with children and helping others learn. You must also have sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations, as well as Ofsted standards and requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Supporting nursery managers with their daily tasks
• Covering absences in nurseries within the North London area
• Working closely with the nursery management team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Providing guidance and support to other members of the team
• Maintaining accurate records and reports
