Leadership and Support Professional

We are seeking a Leadership and Support Professional to join our team in Barnet, London. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced individual to take on a leadership role and make a real difference in the lives of adults with learning disabilities.
As a Leadership and Support Professional at HFT, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to staff teams, ensuring that individuals receive high-quality care and support that promotes dignity, wellbeing, and independence.
You will work closely with our Regional Service Managers to develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery, promoting good practice and excellence in adult care.
This role requires a strong leader who can inspire and motivate others to deliver exceptional care and support. You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing leadership and guidance to staff teams
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve service delivery
- Working closely with Regional Service Managers to achieve business objectives
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
