We are seeking dedicated and experienced Residential childrens support workers/Team Leaders to join our new home start-up in High Wycombe.

Job Overview

This role is focused on providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable children, ensuring their needs are met and their rights are respected.

Key Responsibilities
  • To ensure the care plans, risk assessments, and key working sessions are up-to-date and effectively implemented daily, reflecting best practices and the child's views, wishes, and feelings.
  • To model best practices and provide guidance to colleagues, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is £35,000-£40,000, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive pay, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in Residential childcare, along with relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work autonomously, and a passion for delivering high-quality care.
