Youth Care Specialist

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Residential childrens support workers/Team Leaders to join Essential Staffing Services in High Wycombe, London.
Estimated salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per year.
Job Description
- To ensure the care plans, risk assessments and key working sessions are up to date and effectively implemented daily, representing best practice and reflective of the child's views, wishes and feelings.
- Model the best practices approach in our residential settings, providing a safe and nurturing environment for vulnerable children.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and implement individualized care plans, incorporating the child's needs, preferences and goals.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of progress, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Residential childrens support worker or Team Leader.
- Degree in a relevant field, such as social work or youth development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
