Job Title: Operations Process Coordinator

CloudNC is a pioneering software company that aims to revolutionize the manufacturing industry by making single-click manufacturing a reality. We are seeking an experienced Operations Process Coordinator to join our Manufacturing Operations department and play a pivotal role in the success of our day-to-day operations.

Job Summary

The Operations Process Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of customer orders from receipt to delivery, while optimizing costs and lead times. This role requires strong coordination and administration skills, as well as experience in a manufacturing operations environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Order Management: Coordinate and manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Scheduling Management: Schedule and manage production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize lead times.
  • Supply Chain: Manage and coordinate supply chain activities to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
  • Reporting: Generate and analyze reports to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
  • Estimation: Develop and maintain accurate estimates for production costs and lead times.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure timely delivery of products.
Requirements
