Job Title: Operations Process Coordinator

CloudNC is a pioneering software company that automates control of CNC machines, making single-click manufacturing a reality. We are seeking an experienced Operations Process Coordinator to join our Manufacturing Operations department.

Role Purpose

This role is pivotal to the success of day-to-day operations, ensuring products and services are delivered on time and in full. You will be responsible for the smooth and efficient flow of customer orders from receipt to delivery, optimizing costs and lead times while exceeding customer service targets.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Order Management: Coordinate and administer resource planning, ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
  • Scheduling Management: Manage schedules to optimize production and minimize delays.
  • Supply Chain: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of raw materials and components.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on production, inventory, and customer satisfaction.
  • Estimation: Develop and maintain accurate estimates for production and delivery.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
Requirements
  • Experience in a manufacturing operations environment.
  • Understanding of Quality Management Systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and prioritization skills.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
