About the Role
As Lead Culinary Director, you will oversee the kitchen operations, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards. Your expertise will drive menu development, training, and performance management of the kitchen team. You will also maintain excellent relationships with suppliers, ensuring the freshest ingredients are always on hand.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain operational excellence in the kitchen, adhering to 'The Real Greek' standards.
  2. Develop and implement menus that showcase our unique blend of Mediterranean cuisine.
  3. Lead and motivate the kitchen team, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure top-notch performance.
  4. Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to achieve business objectives and targets.
  5. Foster strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring consistent quality and timely delivery of fresh produce.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  1. Demonstrated expertise in Mediterranean cuisine, with a focus on Greek specialties.
  2. Proven track record of leadership and team management in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to motivate and inspire the team.
  4. Strong financial acumen and ability to manage costs effectively.
  5. Basic IT skills, with proficiency in relevant software and systems.
