Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Fraud Manager to join our team. As a Fraud Manager, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our customers' and the bank by leveraging data analytics to prevent and detect fraud.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide fraud expertise and consultancy support in fraud analysis and investigations.
  • Develop and refine fraud strategies using SQL, Fabric, and various analytical tools.
  • Review and enhance existing fraud processes and procedures.
  • Review and develop fraud risk management information to identify emerging fraud themes and risks.
  • Provide trusted advice and support to business areas to ensure fair outcomes and avoid fraud-specific breaches.
  • Develop fraud training and awareness strategies.
  • Support the delivery of operational resilience and business continuity plans.
  • Monitor and identify suspicious trends and patterns, suggesting preventative actions and improvements.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and data-driven skills supported by technical fraud experience.
  • Extensive experience across multiple fraud systems.
  • Ability to identify areas for process improvement and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong experience in leveraging data to refine fraud strategies.
