Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate clients on product features, conduct training courses, and provide educational materials.

  • Monitor client performance metrics, proactively identifying opportunities to improve fraud prevention strategies.

  • Provide regular feedback to clients and internal stakeholders, sharing insights and recommendations to optimize services and drive client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as an Account Manager or in a similar position, preferably with prior startup sales experience. Exceptional communication skills, a track record of taking the initiative, and familiarity with managing a portfolio of client accounts are essential. Experience driving commercial discussions and presenting solutions to clients, particularly in the area of fraud prevention, is highly desirable.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP), hybrid working environment, flexible core hours, generous holiday allowance, and private health insurance.
