About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Learning and Development Business Support Manager. As a key member of our Shared Services Partnership, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our learning and development programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement annual learning and development programs that meet organisational needs.
  • Work closely with other departments to schedule training programs and ensure they meet Constabulary requirements.
  • Support the Resourcing Skills and Development (RSD) team in engaging with Policing Plus and implementing apprenticeships.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including project boards, committees, and working parties, to ensure effective training delivery.
  • Manage two teams and travel to Netley and Southwick Park as required.
Requirements
  • Educated to QCF Level 6 or equivalent, or significant work experience deemed comparable.
  • Proven experience of managing teams in an administrative environment.
  • Emotionally Aware, Collaborative, Innovative and Open Minded Level 2 competencies.
