Administration Team Lead - NHS Scotland

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Administration Team Lead to join our medical practice in NHS Scotland. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the practice, including staff rotas, HR responsibilities, and ensuring seamless patient care.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administration management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £55,000 per annum based on location and experience.
