We are seeking an exceptional Youth Support Worker to join our team at Academics Ltd, a specialist school in Dorking. This role is perfect for a Psychology/Criminology graduate with a passion for working with vulnerable young people.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine motivation to work with students who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, and be committed to delivering high-quality support and guidance. You will play a vital role in helping to raise attainment and improve the lives of our students.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced staff to provide individualized support and develop tailored learning plans. You will also contribute to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires empathy, pragmatism, and a holistic approach to education. If you are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of young people, we encourage you to apply.

About the Role:

  • Salary: £85+ per day PAYE (Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm)
