Support Worker for Complex Needs

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Learning Support Worker to join our team at Randstad. As a Learning Support Worker, you will work closely with young adults aged 18+ with complex needs on a 1:1, small group, and whole class basis, providing support with their education activities and objectives.
Responsibilities- Providing individualized support to students with complex needs, promoting independence and inclusion in educational settings.
- Working collaboratively with teaching staff to develop and implement effective support plans.
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and participation.
- A Level 2 Diploma in Teaching and Learning (desirable but not essential).
- Relevant experience in support work or teaching assistant roles, including voluntary or paid experience.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- A competitive salary of £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
