About the Role

We are seeking a Support Worker for Vulnerable Youth to join our team at Academics Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and caring individual to make a real difference in the lives of young people.

The successful candidate will work in a challenging school setting, providing support to students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs and Wellness concerns. They will also be responsible for raising academic attainment across various areas, including providing support with Education Health Care Plans (EHCPs) SEMH needs and associated learning difficulties.

The ideal candidate will possess a Psychology/Criminology graduate degree or equivalent experience, and will have the ability to provide holistic and therapeutic support to students. The salary for this role is £85+ per day PAYE, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm.
