Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Youth Development Specialist to join our team at a specialist secondary school in Dorking. The school provides support for children aged 9-16 years with a range of learning needs. As a member of staff, you will have access to ongoing support and training through our Training School.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A psychology degree or specialist SEN training is highly desirable. Strong communication skills and the ability to implement effective strategies for supporting students with various needs are essential.
