Key Responsibilities

  • Manage property-related insurance administration, including buildings, D&O, liability, and engineering.
  • Coordinate insurance renewals and maintain claims logs.
  • Oversee financial administration, handling sales enquiries and property transfers.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform general administrative duties.


About You

  • You have strong organisational and time management abilities, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Your attention to detail is exceptional, with a focus on legal and financial documentation.
  • You possess knowledge of property management procedures and company secretarial practices.
  • Experience with Companies House filings and regulatory compliance is essential.
  • You are proficient in standard office software and property management systems.
  • A strong understanding of property insurance and related documentation is required.


What We Offer
">We provide a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
