Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing critical documentation, insurance processes, and company secretarial duties. Key tasks include:
  • Managing new and lost property development transitions, including key management, handovers, and documentation.
  • Handling all aspects of property-related insurance administration (buildings, D&O, liability, engineering).
  • Coordinating insurance renewals and maintaining claims logs.
  • Managing Company Secretarial duties, including Companies House filings and shareholding updates.
  • Overseeing financial administration.
  • Organising and administering Annual General Meetings and tenant/general meetings.
  • Processing Section 20 statutory notices and related communications.
  • Handling sales enquiries and property transfers.
  • Processing ownership changes and maintaining post-sale documentation.
  • Maintaining property records and general administrative duties.
