Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd is seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our client's SJP Practice based in Dorking. This role involves supporting Financial Advisers with administration, including business processing, financial administration, and client liaison.

The successful candidate will have a strong ability to multitask, use their initiative, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. They will also be comfortable using different CRM systems and platforms, including Salesforce.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £28,000 per annum, taking into account the location and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Financial Advisers
  • Use CRM systems to manage business workflow
  • Issuing letter of authorities (LOAs) to providers
  • Chasing financial institutions for information
  • Drafting and proof-reading documents
  • Creating and updating client records
  • Maintaining accurate computer records

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a Financial Planning role
  • Excellent written English and analytical skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work additional hours when required
