About the Role

Academics Ltd is seeking a skilled Counsellor to work with young people in a specialist secondary school setting. This role is ideal for those passionate about supporting students with a range of learning needs.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have experience working with children and adolescents, particularly those with social, emotional, and mental health challenges. A psychology degree or specialist SEN training is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

The Counsellor will be responsible for providing one-to-one support and group therapy sessions to students, implementing effective communication techniques, and collaborating with other therapists to develop integrated therapeutic approaches.

Benefits

Requirements

Salary Information
