Role Overview:

Responsibilities:

  1. Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to provide holistic support to students
  2. Develop and implement restorative practices to promote positive behavior and attitudes
  3. Contribute to the development of strategies to improve student outcomes
  4. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Salary and Benefits:

You will receive a competitive salary of £77-£90 per day, Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 16:30, PAYE, term time only. Additionally, you will benefit from excellent on-site training, support, and CPD to ensure the safeguarding of all students.
