About the Job
We are seeking a Graduate Role in Restorative Practice to join our team at Academics. This is an exciting opportunity for a Criminology Graduate looking to develop their skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive environment. With access to MAPA and ABA Training, you will be equipped to provide the highest level of care and support to our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- To work collaboratively with our teaching staff to deliver high-quality learning experiences for our students.
- To provide individualized support to students with complex needs, using tailored approaches to promote engagement and inclusion.
- To contribute to the development of a safe and inclusive school culture, through positive relationships and effective conflict resolution.
Requirements:
- A degree in Criminology or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: £85+ per day PAYE
