About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Paramedic Advisor to join our team at Practice Plus Group. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build on your existing skills and experience, delivering outstanding patient care in a safe and supportive environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Paramedic looking to transition into a non-clinical role, without the physical demands of acute work. Our Clinical Advisors work in a call centre environment, providing expert guidance and support to patients over the phone.

The key benefits of this role include:

  • A competitive salary, equivalent to band 7 and band 8a, with a potential annual income of up to £54,140 (based on 38.5 hours per week).
  • A range of pay enhancements, including a new weekend rate of £28 per hour, applicable from Fridays 18:00 to Mondays 07:00am.
  • Pay rates of £22.39 per hour (7am-11pm) and £25.46 per hour (11pm-7am), with further enhancements for working during peak periods.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days' annual leave, increasing with service up to 28 days per year, plus bank holidays.
