As a Principal Ecologist at FPCR, you will play a pivotal role in leading and delivering high-quality ecological assessments, surveys, and mitigation strategies. You will collaborate with a talented team of ecologists, landscape architects, and environmental planners to provide expert advice on ecological matters to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
The successful candidate will have at least a degree in Ecology, Environmental Science, or a related field, and several years of experience in ecological consultancy, with a strong focus on conducting surveys, assessments, and preparing ecological reports. They will also possess sound knowledge of UK ecology legislation, guidelines, and best practices.
This senior role offers a competitive salary of £25-£32k per annum, depending on experience, and provides opportunities for annual bonuses, enrollment in a pension scheme, 25 days' holiday, compressed working week, and a holiday purchase system.
