About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Kent SCP. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Support clients with their medication and provide practical assistance with daily tasks
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team to deliver high-quality care

Requirements

  • No prior social care experience is necessary
