The Job Description

This Learning Support Worker role is responsible for providing individualized support to students with complex needs, promoting independence and inclusion in educational settings. The ideal candidate will have a Level 2 Diploma in Teaching and Learning (desirable but not essential), relevant experience in support work or teaching assistant roles, and eligibility to work in the UK. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, ongoing training and development opportunities, and a welcoming and supportive work environment.
