Recruitment Operations Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Operations Assistant to join our Nexus team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to our recruitment process, ensuring seamless communication with candidates and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including advertising vacancies and managing candidate applications
- Communicate effectively with the Nexus Management team and Operations Manager
- Liaise with recruitment agencies and suppliers
- Conduct telephone interviews and competency assessments
- Manage candidate files and ensure accurate data capture
- Assist with recruitment events and provide excellent customer service
- Support the Operations Manager with branch administration duties and data capture
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
