Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Operations Assistant to join our team at Bolt-On Recruitment. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth candidate journey from application to offer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Conduct telephone and competency interviews, relaying job information to applicants
  • Advertise vacancies on relevant job boards and pre-screen candidates
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Assist with recruitment events and ensure all candidate touch-points are managed
  • Take minutes for formal meetings and support team members with administrative tasks
  • Assist with branch administration and data capture when required
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in a recruitment or administrative role is preferred
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using recruitment software
  • A positive and proactive attitude, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with flexibility to cover later hours and occasional Saturdays for recruitment events
